Arghh!!! Another chest/head/sinus bug that is frustrating me to no end. This started just over three weeks ago with my wife getting it first and me getting it a week later then it very quickly went to my lungs and sinuses. I think this is the same bug that got me last month but a little [...] I haven’t had much time a lately to be able to post to my blog as frequently as I’d like since work is still getting me down and the extra stress and workload have been taking their toll. It has been tough enough to keep to my exercise plan and join in on weekend group rides [...] It’s funny. I have thought about this many times and have even written a word or two about it in various cycling forums. I have been giving the question a great deal more thought over the last few days and felt I needed to put my thoughts down on “paper” so to speak. I even wear [...] This was not what I had intended for my next post, but as my title suggests, life has its way of throwing curve balls. Things started on Sunday when I attempted to make a purchase at a local store and my ATM card was rejected with the error “This card has not been set up yet.”. [...] As many Canadians know (or may not know), we have all been accused of being thieves by the recording industry in the guise of the CPCC. Who is the CPCC you say…well they are the Canadian Private Copying Collective (note private) who have been granted the right to tax..oops levy, each and every recordable CD, [...] |
