I thought I would go on a little bit of a different direction today covering one of my other passions, football (soccer for the uninitiated) along with a really funny couple of tweets I received yesterday. Yes I know the [...] As I have some time to relax this BC Day weekend I thought it would be a good opportunity to update my blog with a new post. Since I have a few different things to write about, Odds and Ends seemed an appropriate title. Though this year’s Seattle to Portland ride is now behind me I do [...] With the Seattle to Portland ride just a few days away, I have decided to take a couple of rest days before we head down to Seattle on Friday. I won’t even be commuting to work or doing any training other than stretches for the next couple of days. My experience from previous long cycling rides [...] Last night was a home game for the Vancouver Whitecaps and as I have seasons tickets I was there with my nephew. The game was a bit of a disappointment as they tied with the Puerto Rico Islanders at 1-1. The Whitecaps need to win these home games as we are nearing the end of the [...] Well it has been a couple of weeks since my last post so the blog is overdue for an update.
